Friday, July 17

We arrived in Waterford. It was pouring rain. JG & I wanted to go for a walk but it wasn't enjoyable. We went back to hotel for a meet and greet. After dinner, several of us went to a pub. There was no music. But then JG, Martha and I decided we would go to another pub that had music. Here are some pics.

Thursday, July 16

Daddy would be the person to enjoy this farm to its fullest. It was a great way to start our visit of Ireland.

Wednesday, July 15

My plan was to write a description of every step of the way. Somehow, maybe laziness, or just admiring every moment and wantting to savor every second without wasting time, I did not take that time. What I will do is use my photos as my blog. I hope you will enjoy the photos. But it will never do justice to the wonderful trip Jean Guy and I had. Someone said to me "There are several places in Ireland that speak to me" My answer was "Every place in Ireland speaks to me" Here are my conversations with Ireland. :)

Just arrived in Dublin

Our flight was on time. All went well. Problem was, some persons flight was cancelled. So we had to wait in Dublin for 3 hours. We had breakfast at the airport. The bus is a beautiful vehicle, brand new. And there is wi-fi on the bus. I'm not sure that's a good thing. We are off to "Japanese Gardens" & the stud farm.

Liam Finnegan is our bus driver, tour guide. He was the same tour guide as we had in 2010.

I am trying to figure out how to add pics to this blog.

Final preparations

We are in our final preparations for our trip. Today, I picked up last minute essentials; Purell, wet wipes, Kleenex. Doing a final laundry. I love reading Martha's emails. It truly puts us in the mood.

Getting Ready for Ireland 2015

Martha & Tim sent an email this week with our itinerary. It's Saturday morning and JG & I are in front of our devices and maps, planning and getting a bird's eye view of our different stops. What has caught our attention is:
A stay in a castle
Visiting Northern Ireland, and
My favourite - the Cliffs of Mohr
